The Exchange was started out of a calling in the Fall of 2010 to plant a brand new expression of the body of Christ somewhere in America. In January 2011, God made it clear that Pearl, MS was the place He wanted to start this new work. In 2011, God began building a team of people with a desire to reach people who are far from God. In 2012, God continued to add to the team as people heard the vision of The Exchange, which is to see people exchange their old life for new life in Christ and live out their purpose.
During the summer months of 2012, The Exchange hosted multiple events to serve the city as well as preview worship gatherings to prepare for the launch of weekly gatherings August 12, 2012. Since the launch God has continued to use The Exchange to impact the city of Pearl and lead people to Him. The Exchange isn’t just a weekly gathering of people, but a life-giving church of Christ-followers who share with others about the life they’ve found in Christ.
The Exchange gathers weekly each Sunday at 9:30 & 11:00 am in person at 417 N. Bierdeman Road behind Trustmark Bank and online at 9:30 & 11:00. Then we scatter throughout the metro Jackson area to live as the church 24/7!
